How do I have my company name or logo put in the chocolate?

In order to have your company name or logo put into the chocolate, you will need to provide us with a black and white printout via e-mail or regular mail. Black areas will be raised and the white area will be background. Faxed copies will not work. Shades of gray will not work. This is a one time only process. The mold is then property of Promotional Treats, we keep your mold in our storage files for future orders.

Here is how to order the customized products. Please call or email to inquire about your specific needs, you will then email or mail us the black and white printout of the Company Name or Logo.

If we already have your company's Logo on file, you just place the order and specify the Logo you want on the product when you call to order.

What is a stock greeting? Is there a charge for it?

All chocolate business cards and greeting cards are also available with stock greetings such as “thank you”, all holiday greetings, and many others. There is no extra charge for stock greetings. Call us for more information about available stock greetings.

What kind of chocolate do you use and how long will it last?

Promotional Treats uses only high quality chocolate made by Guittard Company. While chocolate lasts six months or more, we recommend that in order to retain that absolute creamy taste, you order only a three-month supply at a time. We will be happy to make arrangements with you to purchase a one-year supply which we will then deliver to you on a bi-monthly or as needed basis up to six deliveries per year. Delivery is free in the Portland Metro Area. Deliveries outside the Portland Metro Area will require shipping charges. This will allow you to always have fresh, creamy chocolate and no storage problems.

Food is non returnable. Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your order. Promotional Treats is not responsible for products melting. If your area is over 75F, you will need to ship in an ice pack overnight.
